Christie's story
For Christie, cooking is more than a profession.
Born in Sukabumi and raised in Bandung, Christie brings together cherished Indonesian roots with culinary influences from China, Thailand, and Vietnam. Having lived in the Salzkammergut for many years, she creates authentic Asian dishes using fresh, locally available ingredients that are familiar to the region, blending tradition with accessibility. Together with her daughter, Chiara, she forms a great team, combining authentic home-style cooking with warm, attentive service to create a welcoming dining experience.
The result is a personal style of Asian cooking without rigid rules: fresh, warm and welcoming for regulars as well as visitors to Lake Attersee.
